Sandeep Venkataram

Sandeep is a post-doc with Sergey Kryazhimskiy at UCSD (2016-now). He was a graduate student in the Petrov lab (2010-2016), where he used DNA barcode technology to track the dynamics of experimentally evolving yeast populations, isolate single adaptive events, and characterize their genotype-fitness map. He received his B.S. from the Washington University in St. Louis where he worked with Justin Fay.
