Anastasia Lyulina

Anastasia (Nastia) is a graduate student in the Petrov and Good labs. She is broadly interested in evolutionary dynamics and theoretical population genetics. Nastia’s work in the Petrov lab focuses on the characterizing the size distributions of cancer metastasis. In the Good lab, Nastia studies the patterns of genetic diversity in the presence of genetic linkage. Prior to starting graduate school, Nastia obtained a BSc in physics from Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University and worked as a research assistant with Fyodor Kondrashov.
