From individuals to population

This page provides the annotation of the individual 5,425 TE insertions in D. melanogaster. For each insertions, on top of the family/order information and the location. A huge effort allows providing information about site of the TE insertions (i.e., Target Site Duplications or TSDs), the age of the TE insertions (i.e., time od the last event involving the TE insertions) and their genomic environment (i.e., presence of other repeats such as LCRs (Low-complexity regions) or SDs (Segmental duplications) in the vinicity (125 bp) of the TE insertions).

In order to perform advanced searches, you can use the filters operators in the text-box filters such as: '<, >, =,!,||,&&,*'.
